~ This cause came on fo= trial the 24th day of tigril, '
, 1975, and~the-Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and'subje~t matter of this suit;-that-the relation
. ~ of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
~ the marriage between thE parties is.irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon - _ ~
- ~ : _ ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED .as follows : -
- 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. ~The marriage between TOMMY
. WALLS and MARGARET WALLS be and the same.is hereby dissolved,
_and the parties ana each of them are hereby forever freed from
: the obligations arising therefrom. _ :
~ - 2. AGREEMENT. The Separation Agreement admitted -
~ ~ in~o evidence is hereby incorporated_herein by refer_ence and -
the parties are ordered~to comply with the provisions thereof.
~ 3o JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction-of this cause, and
the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such~further -
