All such records shall be ~ _ public records. ~ • ~ ~ 2. Buildinq Permi~s and Ap~lications. All permits, applica- tions for permits and conditions of permits shall be as set forth ; _ in the Southern Standard Building Code, Southern Stanaard Plumba.ng ~ Code, Southern Standard Mechanical Lode, and National Electric ' Code, and/or all futt~.re Cod~s or Amendments to Codes ar~opted by . _ the Board of County Commissioners. . ~ - ; - ~ ~ - f ' 3. All nonconforming uses existing as of the date of this i - Resolu~ion shall be uetermined, identified, and recorded by the ; Enforcing Official. ~ ' ~ 4. Riqht of Entry. For the purpose of enforcing this Resolution when necessary for discharging their. responsibilities under it, the Enforcing Official.or his authorized representatives = shall have a right of entry onto-private prqperty and into - private-buildings,,while construction-is in progress, at any reasonable ~ime. Any person refusing or obstructing s~ch entry : ~ shall be guilty of a violation of this Resolution_and punishable . - . as provided under Section 25. 1 . . - ~ ~ _ 5. Zoninq Cle~k. ~The County Commi.ssion shall desi~nate a Zoning Clerk who shall maintain the files~and records of 4he - Planning & Zoning Commission and the Board of Adjustment. The ~ Zoning Clerk shall attend al_1_meeting's of the Planning & Zoning i Commission and the Board of Adjustrnent and those meet~ngs of the ~ County Commission where matters of planning and zoning are und~r ~ discussion, The C1erk shall further: ~ a. 'Receive petitions for amendments to this-Resolution, and _ requests for special exceptions-, appeals, arid v.ariances, ~ _ 3nd refer the same to the proper authority; ~ ; _ - ' b. Issue notices of hearings and such other notifications, ~ - when required by the County Commission, the Planning & _ - Zoning Commission or the Board of Adjustment under the ~ ~ ~ ~ - terms of this :2esolution;- ~ , ~ ' ~ ~ . c.
