This cause came on for trial the 19th day of May; 1975, and -
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub- -
ject matter of this suit; tliat the relation of husband and wife riow ~

exists between the parti~s; and that the marriage b~tween ~he parties ~

_ is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

. WHALEN, Husband, be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
