Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget,,sales brnchure and floor plan,
and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is

minium.proper~y-and is in the bes~ interests and far the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the

attached thereto.~ Purchaser hereby ratifies ~nd confirms and approves
all of the terms and~provisions of said Declaration of Condominium
