coilateral mortgage giyen by Lucille V. Costa, et vir, and
recorded in Official Record Book 220 at page 287Q and re-
recorded:in Official Record Book 221 at page 1149 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. This mor*gage
eincum~bers approximately 70 a~res of land on North A-1-A in St. _
Lucie Caunty, Florida, as.more particularl.y described therein_
- - At the time of delivery and recordation of the moztgage, an -
-on~rational package sew~r plant facility, which was then and
- is now presently owned by Costa Development Corn~ration, was

~ For consideration received this date, New Jersey Realty Mort- -
` gage Company hereby confirms and recognizes the pri.or rights
o.f Gosta Development Corporation to opera~e the aforementioned
packag~ sewer facility and the right of La Sagra Condominiura
and other users presently served by,sai.d facility to continue -
to recei~ie such service. In the event New Jersey Realty Mort-
gage Company should ever _foreclose-the aforesai.d collateral
mortgag~, it hereby agr~es tor itsel~ and its successors and
assigns not tG disturb the continued operation ot 531C~ sewer
: facility and its service to the areas far wh~ch it was designed-
to serve, including th~ La Sagra"Condominzum. - -
