-1. To make all p~yments required by that note and this mortgage promptly

at the same rate as specified in that nofie, shall also be secured by this Mortgage.
3. To comnit, permit, ar suffer no waste, ~mpairment.or deterioration of
the mortgaged property. .
4. To pay_all expenses reasonably incurred by the Mortgagee because of fail-
_ ure of the Mortgagor to comply with the agreements in that note or this Mortgage, in- ~
_ cluding reasonable attorney's fees and tftle searches. The cost thereof, with in- . ~
. terest thereon from the day of payment at the same rate as specified ~n that note, {

5. Not to convey all or any portion or interest in the mortgaged property ~
without the pr~or written conse~t of ~+4ortgagee. #
