THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 25#h day of April, 1973, and -
the Court,~ having given full consideration to all the evi.dence, finds and defier~
mines: This Court has juriediction of ~the parties and the subject matter of
~ thi.s suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists be±ween the petitiore r
and responde.nt, a.nd that-the marriage should be dissolved. It is thereupon
: - - DEREJ~ AND ADJUDGED as follc~wa:
1. SOLUTION OF MARRIA.GE: The marriage between the _
petitioner, ANN B. STRELLI, -a.nd ~the -respondent, MARIO RASTRELLI, -
be and the_ same i9 hereby dissolved, and the said parties and eaah of them
- are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing -
_ between them and from the obligations. arising therefrom. ;
