~ THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 28t~i day of Mays 1975
_and both parties having appeared and~represented by tr~ir -
respective cnunsel, and the Court having giv~en full considerat~.on _
~ to all af the evidence, finds and dete~mines: - - ~
. 1. That thi5 Couxt has juris~iction of the par~ies atZd th~
sub~ect-ma~ter of this suit;
.2. That the relation of Husb~,nd ~and Wife does no± ex3.st . . ~
~ bet«een. the -parties; - ~
3. That BEN~'AN~IN M~BLEY acknowlsd~ed ~-paternity of the _~,~o _
~ (2) minor children noted in the Petition filed herein; - -
4. That the parties stipulated in open Court tha~t the -
_ Husban~l shall pay ~o the Wife as support ~or tYse two minor ~
- children of the parties, namely, BFNJAMIN N:OBLEY and S -
MOBLEY, the amount of Twer :y-~`ive arld I~o/100 Do7.lars (~25:OG) -
~ p~r-week, which represents Twelve atid 50/100 Dollars (~12.50)
` - p~r child and the husband shall execute to the Wife a Quit
~ Claim Deed conveying all of hi~ interest in the jointly ~wned
real property described in this suit,-and the Court being
_ ~otherwise advi~ed in the premises, it is thereupon ~
- ORDER~D and ADJUDGED as fo_llows;
