effect until all of the children, issue of the parties hereto,
reach the ag~ of 21 years or become ineligiY,le fo~ support; that ~
~ upon~all of said children attaining the ~ge of ?a ~rears or becoming~
ineligible for sup~art, then th~ Trust herein creatA~ shall cease -
and termina~e and ~he Trustee shall pay over to the Husband all
~funds remaining_i~ the Trust, if any, and xeassign to the Husba~d
thA note and Mortgage Deed as described in Paraqraph 6, providing
