. finds and determines: ~This Court has jurisdiction of the partfes
and the subject matter of this action; that the re~ationship of hus-
band and wife now exist~ between~the Petitioner and Respondent and
their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon, _
OR?ERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - -
