; The Homeowners A~soci~tiou can further charge interest
~ at 10~ per annum, plus,a.late charge of $'1.50 for late payments
due hereunder or under:~paragraph 10, hereof. ~ ~
The.Hc~meowners•Association shall have a lien on the
- unit of any member`who'~fails to pay any assessment when due for~
the am~unt of the asse"ssment and any late charge and interest. ~
Said lien sha,ll attach immediately upon the payment not being
made when due, but shaZl be inferior to any liens under para- ~
( gra~h 10 hereof. ~
12, No trucks, or other commercial r-ehicles with a rated
_ load capacity-of one_(1) ~on or more shall b~_permitted to be .
~ parked in WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA, UNIT 2, for a period of ~

14. There is hereby reserved to tha Grantor, its successars
. and assigns, a util.ity easement over the rear 6 feet of t2~e lot
being conveyed hereby. The rea-r of the lot shall be deemed the
portion of•the lot furthest from ~+he ~treet line. -

~ 15. Grantee herein, by acceptance of this Deed, sha~:l be- ~
come a mem~er of Homeowners Association.~ Such membership sha12
