lease is executed. If the initial lease is less than one year, ti

~obtained within 30 days after the first y~ar has expirod. The
~iomeowners Associa~ioa approval wi~ll not be arbitrarily or un- -
reaso.nably withheld. The Homewowaer~ Associa~ion.wil3 approvs or
disapprove a_lease w~thia 30 days of the.time Af receiviug s~ch
request, supported by such info~mation as it may reasonably
require. If Homeowners ~ssoc~ation does not approve or disapprove
: the application ~ithin that period 'o~ ~ime, it shall be presumed (
the ~pplication was approved. ~
17. In case the grantee, their hei~s, legal represen~atives,
