' owner. $xcept, however, Homeowners Associa~ion-has no authority
. ~ to release any restrictiona regarding the provisions of the r~cre-
ation tease, or tue lien created by paragraph 10 hereof, or the_
easement mentioned in paragraph 14 hereo~2. The relea~e of any
. one restriction, or restric~ions, for any lot owaer shall nat be -
