This cause came on'for trial and~the Court, having
given full considera"tion to all the evider.ce, finds and determines:
This Court-has jurisdiction of the paz'ties and sub~ect matter of th
suit; that the.rela[ion of husband and wife.now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the p~rties is irretrievably ~
broken and'should be dissolved. It is thereupor
ORD~RED AND ADJUDGED as follows: _ -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between FRANK R. _
SMITH-~nd BARBARA SMITH be and the same is nereby dis~~lved, and the
~parties and each of them.are hereby forever freed•from the bonds of
_~matri.mony heretofore existing.between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom. _
~ - 2. CUSTODY. Custociy of FRANK~ R. SMITH, 3R., VALERI~ L.
SMITH and DAVID P. Si-:ITH,-minor children of the parties, is hereby - ~

awarded to.the wife with reasanable visitation rights-reserved pursuant ~
t~o the Stipulation admitted into_evidence herein.
3. SUPPORT,_PROPERTY and FEES. The Stipulation ~dmitted into
evidence i~ here~y i.lcorporated herein by reference and th~ parties
are ordered to conply with the pXOVisians thereof. Each S'tJPPORT payment ~
