- This cause having come to I~e heard on the 2nd day of
- June, 1975, on the wife's motion for temporary rel~ef and
~ the Court having heard the testimony of the parties and .
being otherwise fuliy advised in the premises, it is ~

~ ORDERED AND ARE judged as followss -
1) The wife is hereby awarded temQorary~custody of the ~
minor children of the parties, namely.Camie Rose Quirion and
. John Lawrence Quirion, subject~to the husbanc: having visitation . ~

_ right~ ta and with the said chilren~at reasonable tir.les and - ~
~ places upon giving reasonable notice to the wife, which -
~ ~
~ visitation is not to exceed every other day.
- 2) The husband shall cotmmence to pay temporary support
payments for the benefit of the said children directly ta the
wife in the amoun~ of $4Q.00 per week, which support shall
corrQn~nce on Friday, June 13, 1975, and shal'_ be payablE on
- each successive Friday thPreafter until:a final judgement is -
entered in this matter p~z-~;anently setting the amount of any

~ 3) A mutual restraining order is hereby entered ciu~ring
- the pendancy of this matter as to each party, pursuant to which -
neither party shall harass, molest, bother ~r otherwise i:~terfere
with the quiet enjoyment of li£e by the other party. ~
4) Ruling on the ~aife's motion for temporar.y attorneys' fees-
is hereby deferred until final hearing on this matter. .
