If a conveyance sh~uld be made by the mortgagors of the prernises herein described, or any part ~ tl;ereof, wit!~out the written consent of the Associaticn, an~ without as~urnption in regular form of ~ - la~v _~y_ti~e grantee of the obligations to the Association created by said promissory note and this mort- gage, th~n, and in that event,_ and at the option of the Associatien, and ~vithout notice, atl sums of ~ money secured hereby shall immediately and concurrently with sucn conveyance becom~ due and pay- able and in default.
