ORDER ON CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE was heard on tYie 2nd day of June, 1975, upon _
a motion filed by the Wife for ~n order hoiding the husband in
contempt af CourL fox violation of this Court's order entered ~ -
on February 2, 1975_orciering the husband to pay child support
in th~ amount of $15 per week. 3oth parties were present and
regresented by their respective at~orneys~ and the Court having
heard all of the testimony of the parties and-being otherwise
advised ir~ the prewises,- it is- thereupon
aRDERED AND ADJUDGED: ~ ~
_ 1. That the husband, TOM ANDERSON is in arrearages in the
amount of ~195 which represents-13 weeks of support payments
and t~at, the said TOM ~NDERSON is guilty of contempt of this
Court for violatin~ thP terms of the temporary order entered
on --~he 4t`n day of February, 1975. : -
2. That the said, TOM ANDERSON shall purge himself of _
contempt by complying with this Court's order by pay~ing $15 per
v~~ek in~ addition to ~5 per week on saic~arrearages.
3. That in default of the terms of this,ord~er snd upon
the wife, SANDR.A ANDERSON'-S submitting an affidavit of said - _
default to this Court,.the Husband shall serve ten ~10) days
in ~he County Jail.
