The sums due nnd owinR hereunder shAll be payable during the Amortization Period in equal monthly instalments,
each in the amount o[ the Instalment Payment, the first such Instalment Payment to be made on the First Instulment
Payment Date und subsequant Instalment Payments on the first day of each month thereatter uniil ihe Maturity Date
whereupon the entlre unpaid balance of priqcipnl and interest accrued and unpaid thereon shall become due and pay- ~
able; each such instalment when paid shall be applied first to the payment of interest on the unpaid balance at the In-
terzst Rate and the remainder thereot to payment on account of principal. -

If any Inst~lment Pt~yment shall not be paid when due, then the" entire principal sum and accrued interest here- '
under shall become due and pay~ble at once or therea[ter, at the option of the holder oi~ this Note. The Payee may, at
its option, rnllect a lute charge not to exceed t~vo cenks for each one dollar of each Instaiment Payment not paid when

It is fuether agreed that the Maker And each endorser, surety. guarantor. jointly and severally, shall pay all costs of ~
. _ collection of this Note.. including a reasonable attorney's fee, on failute to pay any Instslment Payment or any acenie~
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof_ This Note and al! sums due hereunder shall bear interest at the highest ~
lawful rate of interest per annum in the State of FIorida from the date when the principal and sccrued interest under ~
this I~ote shall be due and payable. The total interest payab!e hereunder shall nol in any one year exceed the highest
lawful rate of interest in the State of Florida. '
This Note is secured by a Mortgage, dated the date hereof, of property aituated in the State of Florida. _
