May, 1975, on the Husband's Petitian for Rehearing and the Wife's
--Motion for--Attorneys!=Fees based upon-the-said Petition, and the
_ Court having given the Husband 14 days to submit ~o the attorneys
for the Wife a list of items which he claims to be his personal
effects still 2ocated in thp house which was awarded to the Wife ~
as lump sum alimony pursuant to this~Court's Final Judgment in
_ niss~lution of Marriage, and it appearing that the Husband has
` not submitted any such list of personal items wi.thin the time
F ~ specified by this Court, and the Court ~eing otherwise fully

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: _
- 1. The Husband's Pef:ition for Rehearing is hereby _
