. MODIFICATION AGREEhlENT '
THIS MODIFTCATION AGREEMENT, made this day of
June, 1975, between HARRY J. FICLITER, JR., h~reinafter desig-
nated as the Mortgagor, and EVELYN I. HESTER, hereinafter c~esig-
nated as the Mortgagee, WITNESSETH: ~
WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed a mortgage to Mortgagee, - -
dated December 29, 1972, and recorded in Official Record Book 249, `
page 1E02, puhlic records of St. I,ucie County, Flo~cida, securing
_ the principal sum of $32,aU~.09, and ~

WHE1tEAS, I~ is the desire of the parties hereto that the
• principal balance of sa~id mortgage be properly stated,- -
~ IT IS THEREFORE, for.good and valuable co;~sideration, here-
by mutually agreed that said mortgage described in Official Record
Book 209, page 1602, public re~ords of. St. Lucie County, Florida,
_ be, and the.same is hereby reformed to the extent that the priiicipal

balance of said mortgage is reduced by $10,000.00; and that the
remaining principa~ balance of said mortgage af~er the said $10,000.00
pre-payment wi.ll be paid annually in three equal payments to be _ -
paid on December 29, 1975, Dece~ber 29, 1976, anc~ December 2y, 1977;
and further that interest due will be paid on said c~ates together
- with principal, the interest for the December 29, 1975, payment to
. be calculated as follows:
(a) for the period from December 29, 1974_to June 4, 1975,
