records, and,
WHEREA~, said mortgage ~~as securing a note of even date
in the amount o~ $172,500.00, payable on or before November 17,
1974, and . -
WHEREAS, the Parties are desirous of extonding the time
- for paymen~ under~said note. ~ ~
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, for and in consid~ration~of -
- One DoZlar ($1.00) and other valuable considera~ions paid to
- the JENSEN BEACH BANK, do hereby amend the said note to be pay -
