4. The WiEe shall have'exclusive poasession of the home
situate on real property i.n Si:. Luc~.e Caun~y, Florida, more par~icul-
arly described as follows:

The purpose for the exclusive possession in'the Wife is to provide ~
a h~me for ~he minor child natned above, and as child support, the
Husband shall pay the mortgage Qayments, taxes, insurance, major ~
. repair~ and major maintenance on the above described-premises as
they become due and before they become del5.nquent. The Wife shall ~ -
~ be responsible for utiliti.es, minor repairs-and upkeep, and nor.mal
maintenance. - ~ ~ ~ .

des~ribed property shall continue until the m~nor daughter attai.ns
