The Husband ~hall remove his previously owned personal
proper~y from ~he pxemises described above and may use and dispose of
it wi~haut 1im~tati~n. La.kewise, the Wi~fe may iase and 3ispose of
_ her previouR~v owned property without limitation. _
. The personal property acquired by the parties during their
~ cnarriage shall rema~.n in the home described above for a3ded support
and comfort of the minor child but cananot be disposed of by the Wife
without the consent~of the Husband with the exception of replacement
of older items, the replaceanent ~hen becoming suTpje^t to-~his pro-
vi.sian. When the Wife no longer resides on the pr~nises described
above, then the jointly acquired per~onal property shal]. he equal.ly
- divided between the parties upon the agreement of the parties, or
. there may be_an earlier divisa.on if the parties agree.
7. The Court dete=mines the sum of nne Thousarid ($1,000.00) ,
Aollars to be reasonable ~or the Wife's attorneys for their services
herein and the Husband~is ordered to pay the law fi.rm of Wi11es~
- Bittan & Willes, P._O. Box 309, Fo~t Pierce, Florida, one_half of _

8. Jurisdiction oF this cause and the parties hereto is _
