Petition for Modification filed by the Husband, and the Court
- having heard testir~lony and argument of counsel and being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon ~

- l. On a temporary basis, the Husband, Peter M. Cioffi,

shall pay to the Wife, Ka=en L. Cioffi, the sum of Thirty-five

($35) llollars for the.support of the minor child, Kxistin L.
~ Cioffi, each week; that said payments shall commence on Friday,
