Articles o` Incorp~ration, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and

further acknowledges receipt of and reading and exacnination of said
Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure~and floor plan,
and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is
essential to the successful operation and management or the Conda- .
minium pYOperty anci is in the best interests and for the benefit of .
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all oc,rners Qf parcels in the
