The Petition of Annie Laurie Wynn Ackis for an Order of
~ Administration Unnecessary on the~estate of Lula Sinca.air Wynn,
_ deceased, has come to be considered by the Court and it appearing
. to the Court that: _ - ~ ~
- . ~ 1. The decedent has been dead f_or more than three years,
having died on April 4, 1963, and that no Letters of Administrat~ion
or Letters Testamentary pertaining to her estate have been issued;
~ the I,ast Will of the decedent was ad.mitted to~probate in this Court . ~
on Deczmber 20, 1967 for the sole purpose of obtaining this Orde~c
~ of Administration Unnecessary; and '
_ 2. The averments of the Petition are true and there has
been no concealment of material facts,~it is therefore ~
~ ORDERED:- • -
_ 1: That the administration of the estate af -~ula Sinc~.air Wynn.
is not nECessary. - - -
2. That there was no surviving spouse and that the sole devisee °

of said decedent was H~len Godfrey Wynn who died on July 9, 1965.-
Title to the only asset of the~estate becante vested in the said Helen ~

_ entire estat~ consi5ting of the hereinafter described real property
was devised to her sister Annie-Laurie wynn Ackis,~th~,petitioner .
herein, in whom said property is now~vested, being described as:
