ASSIGNNlENT OF MORTGAGE ~

For valuable consid~ration, the receipt and adequacy of
which are acknowledged, ~xxon Corgoration, a New Jersey corpo-
. ration, ("Assignor"), hereby assigns, sets over and transfers _
to The Northern Trust Company, ("Assiqnee"} all of its right, .

- . tain Promissory Note or Note dated January 23, 1974, and .
executed by Bext V. Adams and Elizabeth~Kiessel, as Maker(s),
~ in favor of Exxon ~orporatian, as Payee, whi~h Promissory Note
• or Note Assignor has endorsed over to Assignee. ~ -
- Tliis Assignment of Mortgage is made without warranty or .
recourse against Assignor or its succeasors and/or assigns, but ~
is subje~t to that certain unrecorded Purchase Agreement dated
February 6~,.1973,~between Exxon Corporation and Assignee~
~ The consider'ation for~the execution and delivery. of t,his
_ - Assignment of Mortgage and for the endorsement and d~livery of
- said promissory Note or Nate to Assignee is the payment by _
Assignee to Assignor of certain monies and/or the grant of
_ certain~credits in accordance with said Purchase Agreement.
