FOR ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FYARIDA:
In compliance with Florida Statutes 713.24 relating to the transfer .

of lien to security, TONY MARCO, doing businsss as TONY I~LAF~4
PLUMBING COMPANY, hereby delivers`to the ~lerk of the Circuit Court
a sum of money totalling Two T'housand Fo~sr Hundred Thirty-.Six
Dollars and Forty Cents ($2,43 6.40) representing an amount equal~to
that certain Claira of Lien recorded in 0. R. Book 239, page 2724,
by NARC~LD S. CNAPPELL against real property located in St. Lucie _
County, Florida, owned by RYERSON AND HAYNES RFALTY, INC., as set
forth in detail on the aforesaid Claim of I,ien~which was in the -
amount of One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty ($1,980.00).Dollars._

The aforesaid deposit is equal Che specif ic amount in the _ -
- Claim of Lien, tn-wit: $1,980.04, plus interest ther_eon at six _ ~
percent ~6%} for three years, plus One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars
to apply on any court costs which`may be taxed in any proceeding
- to enforce said lien. -
Upon receipt of the above referred to deposit,the Clerk shall

~ make and record a certificate snowing the transfer of the lien
fram the real property~ to the security and mail a copy thereof by
registered or certified mail to the lienor namer3 in the Claim of
Lien so transferred at the-address stated thereon. Upon f iling the
certificate of tra~sfer, the real property shall thereupon be released
~ from the la.en claim and such lien transferred to said security. The
~ Clerk shall b~ entitled to a fee for making and serving ~he certif icate
