4 - This cause came on to be heard on June 16, 1975 for temporary

f relief and the Court having heard testimony of the respective

parties and being fu11y advised in the premises, it is tYiereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUllGED as follows:

~ 1. The Wife, Susan D. Grotefend, shall have the temporary

custody of the minor child, Douglass Grotefend, granting unto tne -
? Husband, David John Grotefend, reasonable rights of viSitation. In
addition, the Husband shall have the right_to have the minor child ~

visit ~nd be with him on alternate weekends, from nine a.m. on j
_ _ ~
Saturday until eight p.m. the following Sunday; said weekend visi- _ ~

- tation periods shall commence Saturday, June 28, 1975. ~

~ 2. The Husband, David John Grotefend, shall pay to the i

~ Wife, Susan D. Grotefend, the sum of $140 biweekly f.or the support j

~ of the Wife and minor child above named; the first of such payments i

. other Monday thereafter until further order of Court. Each payment r
; shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
