3. The matter of attorney'S rees for the Wif~'s #
attorney will be reserved until fi;~al hearing.
4. The Husband, David John Grotefend, shall~make all
the monthly mortgage installmPnt payments on the marital home
• located at 107 Placita Court~ Port St. Lucie, Florida when the
. same become due and before they become delinc~~ient. ~
_ 5. ~The Wife and minor child above named shall have the
exclusive possession and use of the marital home located at 107
- Placita Court, Port St. Lucie, Florida and of the furniture and ~
furnishings located therein. -
~ . 6. The WifE, Susan D. Grotefend,~shall have the use ~
and possession of the 1968 Mercury automobile pending further order
of Court. ~
7. The Court retains~ jurisdiction of this ~cause and the
- parties hereto for the.entry of such orders as may be proper.
