~ This cause was duly p~~sented by the State Attorney and the Respoiudent ~

having been present in Court and the Court Ueing advised in the pre~nises, it-is,
~ ORDERF~ AI~ AD,JiJDGED that the Respondeint, IYILLIAM LEE OSBORNE, pay to
. the Petitioner, GEORGIA I.£k BAUSERMAN, for thz b°nefit of TINfO~I'EiY L£.E OS~ORNE and
~ JEFFI~EY LEE OSI~RN~, minor children, the sum of ~25.00 per weak, plus an additional ~
~1.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for recei~~ing and disbursing support payments .
In addition, Respondent_is ordered to pay to Petitioner for the support of said
children within si~cty (60) days of the date of this Order the amount of $365.00
which this Court finds the Respondent to be in arrears. ~i'hese paymenxs a?~e to begin ~
on the 16th day of June, 1975, and thereafter on the 16th of each and every month; -
that sai~ payments sliall be made in cash,by cashier's check or by postal mon~y onler
_ to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. 1~icie County, Florida, and the said Clerk
~ shall transmit~the said payments to Court of Cor~non Pleas, I~iuskingum County, Zanes-
ville, Ohio. _ ~
~ It is further oxdered by this.Court_that.the payments ordere3 above may
be terminated upon further order of this Court unless and until Petitioner acquiesces
- to allow said minor children to visit kzth Respondent at his home in Florida, with
the-~u:d~rstanding that Respondent shali pay all travel eacpenses for ~aid minor children
from Ohio to Florida and return. ~ _
This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of en-
_ forcing this Order and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
