- WITNESSETH: Said party of the first part, MARY NELL KIRKLAND,

on the 5th day of June, 1975, by Petition applied to the Circuit ~

Judge of the Probate Division in and for St. Lucie County; Florida,
for an Orde'r authorizing the sale of certain real estate in said County
.hereinafter described, averring it is necessary and expedient to sell
. the same and also each and every jurisdictional fact; and the prayer in
said Petition having appeared to and found by said Judgejto be reason-
able and just and said Petition true and the sale to the best interest
of said estate, said Court rendered the Orcer dated the 6th day of June,`
_ 1975, directing said party di the first part to sell the said real .
estate ~nd ordered said party-of the first part to execute the deed to ~
said par~y of the second part of the real estate herein.;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, said party
of the first part hereby grants, bar~ains, transfers,~aliens, remises, ~

releases, conveys and confirms unto the said party of the second part ~
