5. Based on the agreement, the Court determines the sum of
$350.00 to be reasonable for the wife's att~rney for his servi~es
~ -herein and WAYNE P. DAN~IER is ordered to pay said attorney said
sum, the attorney having already received $100.00 ichereof, together
with costs herein assessed at $27.50, tY~.e balance to be paid within
- thirty (30) day5 from the date of this Judgment.
~ 6. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto, is
- retained for the-entry of such further orders as may be proper. ~
