1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT C~RPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notify
the undersigned in writing at ihe address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig-

2. It the undersigned shall fcril or refuse to accomplish the required repairs or maintenance,
etc., ~vithin the prescribed iime, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'~ION, its successors or assigns, -
actir.g by and ihrough its duly auihorized agents may come upon the premises ior the purpose ot doing
the necessary work. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn cu~d yard muintenarice
to prevent ca~ overgrown or unkempi uppecuance, and to pc~inting and minor repairs to the exterior o(
- ihe building or buildings, siiuated on the premises in order io prevent an unsightly or unsa(e condition.
3. As to any cosis or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
: cessers or assigns, in bringing about cmd accomplishing ihe work reterred to in the notice, the under-
siyned agr~es to make pa~~meni thereoi within 10 days aiter demand. Provided, however, ihat demcmd
- tor paymeni shall not ex~eed actual costs or expenses incurred.
- 4. In 1}ie event thai the undersigned shall fail or reluse to make payment of the actual costs or
expenses in~urred, then, and in thcri event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPCRATION, iis suc-
~ cessors or assigns, may undertake collection of ihe sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
~ H hereunder, togeiher with all costs ot collection including a reasonable attomey's tee. GENERAL
~ E' DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION may, in addition to other remedies prescribed by Florida law, give
notice that it has acquired a lien against the subject property for said ~nount ~d may file a Notice
