FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
. THIS GAUSE came on for trial the 23rd day of June, 1975,
and the~Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the z~etation of husb~nd and wife now exists
- between the parties; and that ti~e marriage between the p3rties is -
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
~ ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDG;~l3 as follows: ~ -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE, The marriage between RICHARD
EUGENE HAGEN and JOHANNA M. HAGEN be and the same is hereby dissolved,
~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
~ bonds of matrimony heretofoYe existin~ between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.- ~
- 2, PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement adimitted
~ into evi.dence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
,
~ parties are ordered to comply with the-provisions thereof. :
3. JURISDIC~ION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for~the entry of such further orders as may be
proper. -
