MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into Chis 13th day of April,
1984, by and between LOWELL C. HENDERSON and VIOLET M. HEND~RSON, his
wife, hereinafter called Mortgagees,and OAKLEY N, WATSON and LOIS R.
WATSON, his wife, hereinafter called Mortgagors.
WHEREAS, the Mortgagees are the owners and holders of a mort-
gage nate dated April 29, 1983, in the original principal sum of Forty
Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000), executed by the Mortgagors and se-
cured under that certain mortgage dated April 29, 1983, and recQrded
May 2, 1983 in O.R. Book 400, Page 124, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

T'hat.the parties hereto for and in consideration of the mu-
tual covenants hereinafter set forth, hereby mutually agree as follows:
1. That the principal balance of the mortgage note, as of
the date of this Agr~ement, is $45,000.
2. That the time for p~yment of the principal balance of'
said note and mortgage is hereby extended for one additional year
from April 29, 1984 to April 29, 1985.
3. That all of the terms and~conditions of the mortgage and
mortgage~note dated April 29, 1983 shall remain in full force and
effect, except as to the time of payment of the principal balance,
