THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, made this Sth day F

Inc., a California Corporation, the address of which is~214
East Matilija Ave., Ojai, California 93025 (the Grantees);
' WITNESSETH THAT:

Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
~ consideration paid to Grantor by Grantees, the receipt of
which is acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold, and
hereby-grants, bargains and sells, to Grantees, an undivided
one-half (1%2) interest to each, their successprs and assigns,.
forever, real property, situated in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorpor-
ated herein by this reference.

Subject to: Real property taxes for 1984
and subsequent years; zoning and other .
regulatory laws and ordinances affecting '
the above-described real property; liens of ~
