. 4. Plaintiffs ahall advance all subsequent coats of this~
action and shi~ll be reimbursed for them by the clerk if _
plaintiffs a~ro not the purchasers of the pro~erty at the sale.
=~If Plaintiffs are the pu;chasers, the clerk shall credit
plaintiffs' bid With the.total suaP With interest and costs
accruing subseque~t to this ~udgment or such part of ft as is ~
necessary to pay the bid in full. ~
. 5. On filing the certificate.of title, the clerk shall
distribute the proceeds of the sale, as far as they are
sufficient, by paying:~first, all of plaintiffs' costs; second,
documentary stttnnps affixed, .to~ the certificatel .third, glaintiffs'
~ attorneys' fees; fourth, the total sum due to.Plaintiffs~less the-~-
items paid plus interest at the rate.preacribed by law from this
date to the date of the sale= and by retaining any amount
remaining pending the further order of this court.
6. On filing the certificate of title defendants and all ~
persons claiming under or against them since the filing o~ the
notifce of 3.is pendens ar~ foreclosed of all estate or claim in ~
the property and the purchaser at the sale shall be let inta
possession of the property. - .
