This matter came on for Emerqency Hearing on Defendants'
Motion to Set Aside Sumtaary Judgment and Order of Sale. Both
Defendanfs were present with their Attorney and Plaintiff's
Attorney was present by telephone.
The Court having heard arguments from both sides and
being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDER$D AND ADJUDGED, that the previous Order of Sutmnary
Judgment and Order of Sale are hereby vacated and the Clerk is
. instructed to remove the subject property from the sale which is
! ~ scheduled for 11:00 A.M. on May 18, 1984 and shall not be sold

without further Order of this Court. .
