sufficient, by paying: first, all of Cross-Plaintiff's costs;
second, documentary stamps affixed to the certificate; third,

prescribed by law from this date to the date of the sale; and by

claiming under or against them since the filing of the notice

€ 7. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter
