THIS CAUSE came on for hearing before me upon the Plaintiff's
Motion for Summary Final Judgment, and in consideration thereof, ~
it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: .
1. This Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter and the
parties. The equities are with the Plaintiff and against the

2. The Defendant(s), ALLEN J. PATRICK and JUDITH M. PATRICR,
