Dollars ($11,000,000) Capital Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series
1984, of the County of St. Lucie, Florida, to be dated and to

} mature on such dates and in such years and amounts as shall be

~ determined by the County prior to the sale thereof, bearing

' interest, payable semiannually, at such rate or rates not

~ exceeding the maximum rate fixed by applicable law, a more par-
