The Grantor, in consideration of the premises and the sum of
$10.00 and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, r~leases, conveys and '

that certain real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
more particularly described as follows:

real property.

and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in and about
this conveyance the laws of the State of Florida have been
