Before me, the undersigned notary public,
personally appeared SOUTBERN IIJVESTMENT GROUP, INC., through its
agent PHIL BRULE, who was duly sworn and says that he is the
President of the lienor herein SOUTHERN INVESTMENT GROUP, INC.,
whose address is 26300 South U. S. #1, Port St. Lucie, Florida,
and that in pursuance of a contract with VICTOR BUCAHEIT, Lienor
furnished labor, services and materials in connection with the
construction of a single family residence on the following
describ~d real property: ~
LOT 21, BLOCR 272, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 3
also known as 1186 S.E. Sabina Lane, Port St.
Lucie, Florida 33452
OWNED BY: VICTOR BUCHHEIT, of a total contract price of
551,000.00 of which there remains unpaid $4,081.36 and of whieh
is presently now due and owing the sum of $4,081.35. Lienor
furnished the first of these items on June 2, 1983, and the last
of the items of February 26, 1984.
