feet along East right-of-Way line of Seventh Covrt to
a point on the Range Line or reference line set forth
on survey.of t•~.J. Schoepfer R.G.S. dated May 7, 1980.
Then on a deflection angle to the left of 72°18' run
Easterly along said Range Line 65.0 feet to a point on
the exterior surface of fence; then turn_and run Northerly
on a bacY. angle of 90° turned to the left along exterior
surface of fence 16.6G feet more or less to the Point of ~ .
Beginning. From said Point of Beginning continue Northerly
along exterior surfaces of wall and fence 33 feet more or
less to a point on the exterior corner of fence; turn tl~ence
and run Easte.rly on a back angle of 90° turned to the right
along exterior sur£aces of fence and building wall 33.33 '
feet more or less to a point at the end of said uall; turn
thence and run Southerly on a back angle of 90° turned to the
