that the grantee ahall take unencumbered title. and therefore the r
vesting of title shall:not operate to effect such a merger of
intereats as to extinguish the mortgage lien if such
extinguishment might aerve to promote the pr~iority of any
subordinate interests which may be outsta~ding at the time of
such vesting of title.
This affidavit is made for the protection and on behalf of'
the aforesaid Harbor Federal Savings and Loan Associatfon, its
successors and assigns, and all other parties hereafter dealing
with or who may acquire any interest in the property described in
the aforesa~id deed, and shall bind the respective heirs, personal
representatives and assigns of the undersigned.
