T'!IS DECLAItATIQN OF TRUST, made this day of

Florida, (hereinafter called "Settlor") and FItEDRIC J. HODKIN
and SAMUEL J. NODKIN, of IIollywood, Florida (hereinafter
called the "Trustees").
~ For,purposes of identification, the Settlor is a .
widower and has two (2) natural children who are MIC~iAEL J.
HOUKIN and SUSAN J. HODKIN. It is intended to exclude the
child previously adopted hy Settlor from any share hereunder,
except as specifically set forth herein. Settlorts fathe~~_
SAMUEL J. HODKIN, is crie of the co-Trustees.

A. Crea~ion of Trust: Settlor has herewith assigned, trans-
ferred, conveyed and delivered, without consideration,.to the

~ acknowledged by the Trustees, and said property shall be held

any timc and from time to tirne to add additional property,
~ including policies of life insurance, to the trust hereby~
~ created, and any such additions shall be held as a part of
~ the trust cor us as though oriqinally transferred at the time
