AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF
INTER VIVOS DECLARATION OF TRUST
THIS AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF DECI..ARATION OE' TRUST,
made this ~:G'~~ day of July , 19?9, by FREDRIC J. HODKIN
of Hollywood, Florida ihereinaft~r called the "Settlor") and
FREDRIC J. HODKIN (hereinafter~called the "Trustee"). ~
For purposes~of identification, th~ Settlor is a
widower and has two (2) natural childten who are MICHAEL J.
NaDKIN and SUSAN J. HODKIN. It is intended to exclude the
child previously adopted by Settlor from any share hereunder.

W I T N E S S E T H:
c~ItiEEtEAS, the Settlor heretofore established a Declaration
of Trust on the 16th day of July, 1975, under the terms of which
the Settlor has the ability to amend same; and
WHEREAS , Settlor desires to modify said DeclaratioR of
Trust in its entirety:
NOw, THEREF'ORE, effective this date Settlor does hereby
amend the Declaration of Trust in its entirety and restates same

ARTICLE I.
~ THE FREDRIC J. NODKIN TRUST OR TRUST "A"
A. Creatian of Trust: Settlor has transferred and delivered certain
assets to the Trustee, which are presently held by the Trustee and ~

represent its trust corpus, and Settlor has caused the death benefits _s

under certain policies of life insurance insuring Settlor's life to ~
be made payable to the Trustee.
The Settlor or any other person shall have the right at any

~ time and from time to time to add additional property, including
~ policies of life insurance, to the trust hereby created, and any
~
~ such additions shall be held as part of the trust corpus as though ~
~ }
~ oriqinally transferred at the time hereof. ~
Any and all real estate held under the terms of this Trust,
