This mortgage Modification and Extension Agreement made
this 9th day of ~y , 19 $4 , by and between FIRST
t7ATI0NAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF STUART, a National Banking
Association existing under the laws of the United States of_
America, hereinafter called the "i?fortgagee" and ~r

"Mortgagor", ~

WHEREAS, on the 17th day of ~~rY , 19 84 , the ~
Mortgagors executed and delivered to the Mortgagee that certain ~
Pror~issory Note • in the amount of $ 40,100.00 , which is secured ~ =
by a Mortgage of even date there~aith executed by the Mortqagor in ;
favor of the Mortgagee, wh~ch Mortgage is recorded in Official
Record Book 424 , Page 1366 , St. I~ucie County, Florida,
public records, encumbering the property set ~orth in said
Mortgage, and
~ WHEREAS, the Mortgagors have requested that the ~
Mortgagee extend the time of payment of the balance due and owing
under said Promissory Note and mortgage, the Mortgagee being ,
willing to do so under the terms and conditiens hereinafter set
forth, ~ =
! NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One z

j ($1.00) Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, receipt `
~ of which is hereby ac?cnowledged, including the mutual promises
j and covenants made herein, the parties hereto do agree as :
~ follows:
1. The Mor~gagee does hereby extend the time of =
payMent of the balance due and owing under said Promissory Note
and Mortgage, to-wit, the princigal sum of $ 40,100.00 . -
hereby making the same due and payable in accordance with the ~
?~ote which has been executed by the tiortgagor simultaneously ;
herewith as a modification of the original promissory note,
providing for monthly installments of principal and ~interest,
with the .balance of indebtedness, if not sooner paid, due and ;
payable on June 1, 1999 . 3
~y- 2. The Mortgagor does hereby ~acknowledge the above
indebtedness and Mortgaqe and does hereby ratify and affirm all
~ of the terms and conditions of the oriqinal Mortgage and does
further acknowledge liability under the terms of said Mortgaae ~

and Promissorv Note, as herein modified. ?
- ~ 3. This Modification and Extension Agreement shall
not be decmed a waiver of any tights of the Mortgagee under the
