Grantee expressly acknowledges the existence of a Settlement Stipula- ; tion and Agreement for and Grant of Easements and Other Rights• (the "Settle- ment Stiputatian") and a Declaration of Protective Covenants and Restrictions ~ (the "Protecdve Covenants"), as well as the "Designation Notice" modifyinq Q the Seitlemeni Stipulation and Protectiv~~ Covenants, all as hereinafter set F forth .
